How we buy

  1. Register your company Free and direct from this page, with no intermediaries and no fees.
  2. We review your details Our procurement team checks your registration and documents, and may ask you for anything missing.
  3. You are approved You become an approved supplier in the categories you supply.
  4. We contact you When we need what you supply, our procurement team contacts you for your offer.
  5. Purchase order and invoice We issue a purchase order, and you issue an e-invoice that meets ZATCA requirements.

Registering and being approved do not award any contract or guarantee purchase orders.

What you need to register

Required

  • Commercial registration
    The commercial registration extract showing the unified number (700). For a foreign company: its registration certificate at home.
  • VAT registration certificate
    If your company is registered for VAT.
  • Zakat certificate
    Valid, with its expiry date. For Saudi companies.
  • IBAN letter from the bank
    In the company's own name, as in its registration.

Optional, and welcome

  • Monsha'at Jadeer certificate
    For small and medium companies.
  • Local content certificate
    If you have one.
  • Quality certificates (ISO)
    If you have them.

Small companies and local content

We welcome small and medium companies and local products and services. If you have a Monsha'at Jadeer certificate or a local content certificate, attach it when you register so our procurement team sees it.

Beware of impersonation

  • Registering is free; we never ask suppliers for fees.
  • We receive documents and bank details through this portal only.
  • We never change payment details because of an email.
  • If a message in Drovox's name says otherwise, write to us from the Contact page before you reply to it.

Yes. Registering is free at every step, and we never ask suppliers for fees.
No. Registering and being approved make your company known to our procurement team in its categories; they do not award any contract or guarantee orders.
Yes. Leave the VAT number empty, and we will not ask for the VAT certificate.
Yes. A foreign company registers with its registration certificate from home and a bank letter in its own name, without the Zakat certificate.
So payments reach the company itself. It protects you and us from fraud.
