Terms of Service

drovox applications have their head and registered office located at 13217 Riyadh – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a User and drovox Applications. This Agreement governs your use of the drovox Applications, Website, and Call Center. Your access to and use of drovox Applications constitutes your agreement to be bound by this Agreement, creating a contractual relationship between you and drovox. drovox may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect at any time for any reason without prior notice.

drovox Apps provides a digital network functioning as a cellular phone application where persons seeking personal transportation or logistics services ("Services") can match with drivers ("hero") who can provide services. Each user must create an account to access drovox applications. Any decision made by the User regarding the use or acceptance of Services is at their sole discretion. You acknowledge that drovox Apps provide services through third-party contractors who are not employed by drovox or any of its affiliates.

drovox Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferable license to: (i) access and use drovox Apps on your personal devices solely in connection with your use of drovox Apps, and (ii) access and use any content, information, or related materials that may be made available through the drovox Applications. In all cases, use is for personal use only. drovox Apps and its licensors reserve any rights not expressly granted in this Agreement.

You must register for and maintain an active personal user account to use most aspects of drovox Apps Services. Account registration may require providing personal information such as your name, address, mobile phone number, gender, and age. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and agree to maintain the security of accessing your account through your mobile phone at all times. You may not have more than one account unless otherwise permitted by drovox Apps.

drovox applications are available to individuals with legal capacity to contract. If you allow persons affiliated with you to receive transportation services from "hero" drivers without accompanying them with an adult, this is your responsibility alone. You must comply with all applicable laws when using drovox Apps and may not cause harm, inconvenience, or damage to property to any party. You may be required to provide proof of identity to access the applications, and access may be denied if you decline to provide identification.

drovox Apps may, in its sole discretion, make promotional offers available to any existing or potential user. Promotions are generally made available through promotional codes. drovox Apps reserves the right to withhold or redeem credits or benefits obtained in error, fraudulent, or illegal methods, or by breach of applicable Promotion Terms. Promotion codes may not be sold or transferred, are not redeemable for cash, and may expire before use.

You can add and store prepaid balances in the "drovox Wallet" and transfer or receive drovox Credits from other users. drovox Apps acts only as a social payments facilitator and is not responsible for individual users' actions nor does it operate a deposit-taking activity. All credit recharge transactions are final and cannot be modified or removed. Cash transfers are restricted to users residing in your geographic area and are subject to applicable laws.

When you become a User, you are part of the drovox Loyalty Program in markets where it is available. Users earn points by using drovox services and can access rewards depending on their tier status. drovox has the right to add, change, limit, modify, or cancel Program rules, reward levels, and point values at any time without notice. If the Program is terminated, all unredeemed points or tier status benefits will be forfeited without any obligation.

As part of drovox's support of our communities and "hero" drivers, drovox may offer features enabling you to support the community in various ways, including donating to participating charitable organizations. drovox is not registered as a charitable organization and does not present itself as a guarantor of donations. Support management is handled by participating organizations. drovox reserves the right to cancel or suspend these features at any time without notice.

As a user of drovox Apps, you agree to pay any amounts due to drovox Apps and amounts incurred by "hero" drivers for providing Services to you. Fees paid are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified by drovox. drovox reserves the right to charge, cancel, and modify fees at any time in its sole discretion. Fees may increase significantly during times of high demand.

You agree to avoid: impersonating any person or entity; stalking, threatening, or harassing any person or carrying weapons; violating any law or regulation; transmitting malicious code; discriminating or harassing any person based on race, sex, religion, disability, age, or sexual orientation; using drugs or alcohol; using drovox Apps in any way that infringes third-party intellectual property rights; selling or transferring your user account or password to any third party.

The services are provided "AS IS" and "as available." drovox Apps disclaims all representations and warranties not expressly set forth in this Agreement. drovox does not guarantee the quality, safety, or ability of the "hero" driver. drovox Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the applications or services. All risks arising from your use of drovox App Services remain solely at your own risk, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold drovox Apps, its partners, employees, directors, and agents harmless against any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of: (i) your use of the drovox Apps Services or any merchandise obtained through your use; or (ii) your breach or violation of this Agreement; or (iii) your infringement of the rights of third parties, including "hero" Drivers.

You agree that any dispute arising from this Agreement or use of drovox Apps shall first be referred to mediation, and if not resolved within 60 days shall be referred to binding arbitration. One arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with Chamber of Commerce rules. The place of mediation and arbitration shall be in the principal city of the relevant partner. Proceedings shall be conducted in Arabic or English. All mediation and arbitration proceedings remain confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without express written consent.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under this Agreement without the prior written consent of drovox Apps. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, it shall not affect the legality, validity, and enforceability of the other provisions. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior or existing agreements or undertakings relating to such subject matter.
