Registration takes a few minutes in the Drovox Hero app. Check the lists below before you start.

Registration is open to Saudi men and women aged 18 and over.

  • Men and women

    Women are welcome to drive with Drovox.

  • Job seekers and retirees welcome

    Help accessing Hadaf support is available for those eligible.

Documents

Documents to upload

You upload them in the app; no office visit is needed.

  • National ID
  • A valid driving licence
  • Vehicle registration
  • Valid vehicle insurance
  • A live selfie

    It confirms your profile photo.

  • Your bank account (IBAN)

    For instant withdrawals.

You drive your own car, and you can register more than one in the same account.

Your account is registered to one city. If you move, Hero support updates it.

My vehicles

Add a car to your account

You can register more than one car on the same account and choose the one you drive. This is how you add a car in the Drovox Hero app.

  1. Open My vehicles From the app menu, then tap Add new.
  2. Add the registration Take a clear photo of it or upload one, preferably from Absher.
  3. Add photos of the car From the side and the back, and one of the rear seats, to check it meets the standards.
  4. Agree and confirm Accept the agreement, then tap Confirm.
