Yes, from the trip screen. Repeated cancellations lower your acceptance rate and can affect incentives, so if a rider does not show up, pick the matching cancellation reason so it is recorded correctly.
Yes. Riders rate every trip, and you rate riders too. A high rating keeps your account in good standing and helps you qualify for incentives.
Weekly incentives and guarantee offers are announced inside the Drovox Hero app together with their conditions, such as minimum online hours, accepting requests, and completed trips per day.
Your account is registered to one city. If you move, contact Hero support and we will update it.
Open a support ticket or chat from the Drovox Hero app, or call 920031761. Support is available around the clock, and you can rate the help you received once a ticket is closed.
Requests go to the nearest available Heroes, so where you wait matters. Stay online in busy areas and at busy times, keep your acceptance rate up, and check that your documents are valid and your account is registered to the city you drive in.
The fare the rider pays and the earnings in your wallet can differ: your wallet shows your share of each trip. If a trip’s earnings look wrong, open a support ticket from that trip in the Drovox Hero app.
Instant withdrawals usually reach your bank within minutes, though some banks take longer. Check that the IBAN in your wallet is correct, then contact Hero support if the money still has not arrived.
Retake the selfie in good light, facing the camera, without a hat or sunglasses. If it keeps failing, contact Hero support from the app.
