Fraudsters sometimes impersonate well-known companies to ask suppliers for fees, bank details or goods. This is how we really deal with suppliers, so you can spot a fake message.
What we never do
- We never charge a fee to register as a supplier or to take part in a request for quotation.
- We never ask for your bank details by email or chat message.
- We never change our bank account, or yours, because of a message.
- We never ask for goods or work without an approved purchase order or contract.
How to check
- Registration and documents all go through the suppliers portal on our site.
- Your private registration page shows its real stage; do not rely on a message that says otherwise.
- Any request to change your bank account shows on your page, and we approve it only after our team calls your contact person on the number we hold.
- Our site and email addresses end in drovox.com. Watch for look-alike addresses that swap a letter or add a word.
If you doubt a message
- Do not pay anything or send any details.
- Keep the message, and write to us from the Contact page or through the reporting channel.
