What's on this year

According to announcements for the 2026 edition, the show brings together more than 600 exhibitors, including more than 200 local and international developers, plus more than 10 international pavilions. Developers will present hundreds of thousands of new homes, alongside exclusive financing and housing offers. The show is built around connecting buyers directly with developers and lenders, so visitors can compare projects and offers in a single visit.

The Real Estate General Authority lists the show among its events and describes it as a leading real estate and urban development platform in the region, bringing together investors, developers and innovators to showcase projects and explore investment opportunities.

New for 2026

  • Capitals by Cityscape Global: a new platform connecting investors with developers, major projects and investment opportunities in Saudi Arabia and abroad, through one-to-one meetings and project site visits.
  • Urban Stage: a programme linking developers and government agencies with buyers and showcasing new projects.
  • First-time buyer workshops: educational programmes and practical workshops for people preparing to buy their first home.

Capitals is aimed at a wider pool of investors, including investment banks, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, as well as asset owners, master developers and government stakeholders.

Who it is for

The show speaks to a wide property audience. Its organisers and listings name, among others:

  • Families and individuals looking for their first home
  • Individual and institutional investors
  • Developers, brokers and real estate companies
  • Banks, lenders and government agencies

It is both a trade and a consumer event, so visitors must be 18 or older.

Registration and tickets

Visitors register through an online form on the official website. The cost of entry depends on your visitor category, and early-bird rates are available for a limited time, so check the price on the registration form before you complete it.

Premium Visitor Pass holders get early access to the show. Only one pass is allowed per person, and it is linked to your personal details and badge.

For registration questions, the organisers offer support by email, WhatsApp and phone, Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Saudi time; contact details are on the official website.

Tips before you go

Planning your visit

The show is open to visitors from noon to 10:00 pm on all four days, Monday to Thursday, so people who work during the day can visit after office hours. For an unhurried tour of the stands and meetings, set aside a few hours and start with the developers at the top of your list.

If you plan to go as a family, remember that the 18-and-over rule applies to every visitor, so arrange childcare in advance.

Quick checklist

  • Register early to benefit from early-bird rates if they are still available.
  • List the developers or projects you want to see; the show is large and hard to cover in one visit.
  • If you are considering financing, bring a rough budget so you can make the most of meetings with banks and lenders.
  • First-time buyers should check the workshop schedule on the official website.

Getting there

The Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center is in Malham, north-west of Riyadh and a fair distance from the central districts, so allow plenty of time for the journey and check the visit page on the official website for any transport arrangements the organisers announce.

Book a ride in Drovox Passenger and see the fare before you confirm. Since the show closes at 10:00 pm, you can schedule your ride home in advance rather than looking for one late at night.

Follow the event's official channels for any schedule updates, or visit the official Cityscape Global website.
