About the tournament
The Six Kings Slam began in 2024 as part of Riyadh Season and brings six tennis stars together for a short competition on an indoor hard court. It is an exhibition outside the official ATP calendar and awards no ranking points.
Tennis media report that each player receives a USD 1.5 million appearance fee and that the champion's total reaches USD 6 million, although the organisers have not officially confirmed this year's prize structure.
A change in the field
Turki Alalshikh, chairman of the General Entertainment Authority, announced on X on Tuesday 6 October 2026 that Learner Tien will replace Sinner, after the Italian said he would end his 2026 season because of a knee injury. Sinner won both previous editions, beating Alcaraz in each final.
Tien is a 20-year-old American who reached the Australian Open quarter-finals this year. The current field is:
- Carlos Alcaraz (Spain): has played every edition.
- Novak Djokovic (Serbia).
- Alexander Zverev (Germany).
- Taylor Fritz (United States).
- Alex de Minaur (Australia): making his debut.
- Learner Tien (United States): replacing Sinner.
Zverev and Fritz return from the 2025 field, while de Minaur and Tien play the event for the first time. With Sinner out, Riyadh will crown a new champion this year, as none of the six players has won the title before.
Tennis media report that de Minaur's participation is not yet certain after he retired from the Beijing final with a physical problem, so the field could change again before the start.
The draw
The event is a knockout, with Alcaraz and Djokovic going straight into the semi-finals. Based on the draw published by tennis media in early October, with Tien in Sinner's place:
- Wednesday 21 October (quarter-finals): Zverev v Fritz, and Tien v de Minaur.
- Thursday 22 October (semi-finals): Alcaraz v the Zverev/Fritz winner, and Djokovic v the Tien/de Minaur winner.
- Saturday 24 October: the third-place match, then the final.
There is no play on Friday 23 October. Match start times have not been confirmed by official sources, so check the event page before you set out. According to Arab News, a fan zone with entertainment and interactive activities runs alongside the tournament.
Tickets and streaming
The authority has put tickets on sale on webook, with prices varying by seating category: the booking page lists two general-admission tiers and a VIP tier. If you cannot attend, every match streams live on Netflix for subscribers worldwide.
Tips before you go
- Buy tickets only on webook.com; the booking terms prohibit resale.
- The terms admit children aged five and over, and every attendee needs their own ticket.
- Arrive early, as the organiser may refuse late entry.
- Stay quiet during points, keep your phone on silent and avoid flash photography.
- If you can only go once, Saturday 24 October has both the third-place match and the final.
