What's new in the tenth edition
The FII Institute chose "The Power of Legacy" as the theme for its tenth edition, marking a decade of the conference in Riyadh. Over four days the programme brings together heads of state, investors, policymakers, innovators and business leaders to discuss the most pressing questions in the global economy and investment.
Announcing the edition, the Institute's CEO, Princess Dr. Maha bint Mishari bin Abdulaziz, said the aim is to turn today's investment choices and partnerships into lasting impact for people and future generations.
This year's discussions are organised around four announced pillars:
- Capital that builds
- Technology that elevates
- Societies that thrive
- Leadership that inspires
Speakers announced so far
On 31 August 2026 the Institute announced a first group of finance and investment speakers, including:
- H.E. Yasir Al-Rumayyan, Governor of the Public Investment Fund and Chairman of the FII Institute
- Jamie Dimon, Chairman and CEO of JPMorgan Chase
- Laurence Fink, Chairman and CEO of BlackRock
- Stephen A. Schwarzman, Co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Blackstone
- Amin Nasser, President and CEO of Aramco
- Ruth Porat, President and Chief Investment Officer of Alphabet and Google
- Tareq Amin, CEO of HUMAIN
The Institute says more leaders and programme highlights will be announced in the coming weeks, so the line-up may change before opening day. Check the session schedule on the official website before you go.
Who it is for and how to attend
The conference is aimed mainly at professionals in finance, business, technology and public policy, and attendance is by advance registration through the FII Institute's official website. The announcements we reviewed did not include ticket prices or categories, so check them directly on the registration page.
If you are not attending, you can follow the main sessions and announcements through the Institute's official channels and local media throughout the four days.
Traffic around the venue
We found no conference-specific traffic plan in the official sources we checked as of publication, so follow the General Directorate of Traffic's channels for any diversions or temporary closures announced during the event.
The center sits in Al Hada near Makkah Road, next to The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh. The four conference days overlap with the Global Health Exhibition at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham (26–29 October) and with the first days of Riyadh Season, which opens on Wednesday 21 October, so expect heavier traffic than usual on several city roads.
Practical tips
- Leave early in the morning: these are working days, and the commuter peak overlaps with the first sessions.
- Allow a few extra minutes for entry procedures at the gates, as is usual at conferences with high-level guests.
- Pick the sessions you want in advance; the programme runs over four days and is hard to cover in full.
- If you are not attending but your daily route passes Al Hada and Makkah Road, allow extra time from 26 to 29 October.
