What is new in the sixth edition

According to the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, more than 520 entities from the government, private and non-profit sectors, local and international, will take part, along with decision-makers from those sectors. A specialised exhibition on the Hajj services system will cover more than 67,000 square metres, with organisations, service providers and solution providers from more than 150 countries.

The event is designed for early preparation for the next Hajj season: finalising contracts, discussing operational and regulatory matters, and building partnerships. The ministry has invited organisations, stakeholders and specialists to register through the official website.

Jeddah is a natural host: it is the main gateway for pilgrims arriving by air and sea, through King Abdulaziz International Airport and Jeddah Islamic Port, which suits an event focused on the whole Hajj services system from arrival to departure.

Conference tracks

The programme is built around three main tracks:

  • Infrastructure and operational services: transport and logistics, infrastructure and facilities management, housing and hospitality, and catering and nutrition.
  • Enablement and integration: safety and security, healthcare, media and communication, and technology and innovation.
  • Sustainable development: the non-profit sector, entrepreneurship, training and capacity building, and enriching the pilgrim experience.

The exhibition brings together sector leaders, Hajj affairs offices and service providers in aviation, transport, hospitality, healthcare, infrastructure, technology, innovation, workforce, investment and business development.

The first track is especially relevant to people working in transport, logistics and accommodation, as it ties directly to how pilgrims move and stay during the season. The third opens the door for entrepreneurs and non-profits to contribute to the pilgrim experience.

Figures from the last edition

The fifth edition was held at Jeddah Superdome from 9 to 12 November 2025. According to the ministry, it drew more than 204,000 visitors and 270 exhibitors, ran 134 specialised sessions and workshops, and trained more than 2,600 people.

At the time of writing the ministry had not announced the venue for the sixth edition, so do not assume it will be in the same place until it is officially confirmed.

The visitor numbers from the last edition show the event is not only for specialists, but attendance is through registration on the official website, so check the registration categories and visitor conditions before you go.

Tips before you go

  • Register in advance on hajjconfex.com and make sure you choose the right registration category.
  • Follow the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah's official social accounts, where announcements and updates about the event, including the session schedule and speakers, are usually published.
  • Wait for the official venue announcement before arranging transport and accommodation.
  • Review the session agenda once it is published and pick the track closest to your work.
  • The exhibition floor is large, so wear comfortable shoes and allow time to move between pavilions.
  • If you are travelling from outside Jeddah, book accommodation early, as the event draws participants from many countries.

Getting there

The event will be held in Jeddah. Wait for the official venue announcement, then set it precisely as your destination when you book. Given the size of last year's attendance, aim to arrive well before sessions begin.

You can schedule your ride ahead in the Drovox Passenger app so you arrive in time for your session, and pay by cash, mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay or the in-app wallet.

Follow the event's official channels for any change to the schedule, and visit the official Hajj Conference & Exhibition website.
