Your first ride

From the first request to collecting the fare

This is how a ride goes in the Drovox Hero app: the request reaches you and you see what you earn before you accept, you take the rider, then you confirm the amount if they paid cash.

  1. Choose your extras What you offer on your rides, such as a child seat, a charger, water or a quiet ride, then tap Let's start.
  2. Go online Turn on online, and requests reach you from nearby.
  3. Accept the request You see the distance to the rider, what you earn, the pickup and the destination before you accept.
  4. Pick up the rider Tap Arrived when you reach the rider, then Start when they get in.
  5. End the ride If the rider paid cash, enter the amount you received and confirm it.
